| INGREDIENTS |
| 3 Cups arugula leaves (cleaned) |
| 1 cup parsley leaves |
| 1/2 cup pine nuts (toasted) |
| 1 cup Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive oil |
| plus extra |
| salt and freshly ground pepper. |
| DIRECTIONS |
| 1. | Place the arugula, parsley, and pine nuts in a blender or food processor, and puree. With the machine running, add the olive oil in a slow stream, adding more oil if necessary to get a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper. |
