Bread & Butter Pickled Garlic Cloves w/Jalapeno Peppers
This unique mix was created two years ago by our company President, Randy Formella. It is an exotic stuffing for roasts, turkeys, Cornish hens, etc. It is also especially good with fish.
| When served directly as an appetizer there are three taste sensations: first, a sweet like candy taste from the bread and butter brine. Second, smooth garlic - not pungent as it is marinated in the sweet brine. The flavor profile is finished with an easy heat from the marinated jalapeno pepper slices.
